Useful Guy – Daniel Tan

One of the key strategies of how to improve the optimization of one’s sites, is to analyze those sites which are ranking first. But, one has to do tremendous job to perform such analysis. So, the easy way is to find someone, who has done this analysis, who has figured out and tested the secret algorithms used by search engines and is ready to share one’s secrets. One of such guys who is often nicknamed as just the SEO guy, is Daniel Tan.

I found information about him already some time ago, when looking for useful SEO techniques in one of the best SEO forums. I noticed that he had made some useful comments, and asked him a couple of questions. Instead of just telling me to buy a couple of products to solve my problems, as many other guys had done, Daniel gave me thorough answers, suggesting some strategies for my SEO, just sharing his knowledge free of charge. I tested his advices – and it was obvious, these tricks did the job, the ranking of my site improved. What he taught me, was simple enough – like adding the main keyword to the names of the pictures, taking care that it would appear in the first and the last line of the text and in all meta tags – but it worked.

Then I looked up some sites made by Daniel Tan, and found, that he himself was truly successful – he was able to beat enormous competition, ranking first against millions. I also found out that he worked as a SEO consultant for numerous companies, but this aready did not surprise me any more. I was glad to learn that he was also creating a software for WordPress pages to automatize the optimization of pages. Later, when I obtained the product (it was SEOpressor), I was impressed again, as in this little plugin Daniel Tan had concentrated all the secretes which were necessary to boost the ranking of the page. Even more – he was providing additional tool named Rank Mover free of charge, to make the sites even more effective. I truly like the things Daniel Tan does, I like that he is ready to share his knowledge and uses his experience in programming to create useful tools. I have heard that he has just made another application for FaceBook, but this I have not yet tested, though I do not doubt, I will need also this one.
